Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Join our team as a Financial Analyst at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) in Wauwatosa, WI. This position provides financial guidance and analytical support for Motorcycle Product Development.

What You Will Do

Perform month end closing duties, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, capital business case support, and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Have cross-functional involvement across Product Development, Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and other areas of Finance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s related work experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is Required
• A CPA or equivalent is desired
• Minimum of 1 year’s related work experience
• Competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for analysis and financial modeling
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and experience in a variety of Finance areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management
