Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle inbound leads from customers, consult with them over the phone, and match products and benefits to convert leads into customers. You will work with a team and be valued for your opinions and ideas. You will be part of a Great Place to Work-certified company that manufactures mobility device lifts and accessibility products.

You will pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into customers, be an understanding and supportive advisor, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
  • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
