Lead, Financial Planning and Analysis

Headout is seeking a Lead, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team in Bengaluru. The role will involve driving financial visibility, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly analytical, and have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, business finance, or related finance functions.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, business finance, or related finance functions
• Experience in big four firms or high-growth startup environments is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL or automation tools is a strong advantage
