Role Overview
As Vice President, Sales Operations, you will be a key strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and a driving force behind HealthVerity’s commercial growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, owning the systems, processes, and insights that enable our sales organization to perform at its best across our commercial and RWD/E business.
What You Will Do
You will serve as a trusted right hand to the CCO, leading a high-performing Sales Operations team. Responsibilities include defining and leading the commercial rhythm of business, forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting, territory planning, renewal strategies, and annual planning.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or a related field
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic partner to senior commercial leaders
- Familiarity with pharma commercial analytics, RWD/E, and life sciences buying cycles
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Python
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight
- Experience designing and managing sales compensation programs
- Proven people leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and managing teams
