Role Overview

The Product Operations role is a new function at Heidi, responsible for planning, reporting, change control, and launches across every product team. The role is still evolving, and the successful candidate will help shape the function from day one.

What You Will Do

The Product Operations role involves taking ambiguous problems and owning them end-to-end, building automations to connect tools, partnering with cross-functional teams, and owning process hygiene.

Requirements

  • Experience in product operations, program management, product management, or business operations
  • Ability to execute without a legion of data analysts, product marketers, and research coordinators
  • Experience with Linear, Canny, Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong cross-team reach and ability to work with people across different timezones
  • Alignment with Heidi’s mission of building tools that improve how clinicians work
