Networking Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

This role is designed as a hybrid position, with an expectation of working 2 days per week from an HPE office. The Networking Sales Operations Analyst will develop, implement, and utilize processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle, including pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, and field inventory management. The role will also involve reporting and analyzing order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, and sales productivity.

What You Will Do

The Networking Sales Operations Analyst will lead project teams responsible for designing and implementing processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics, and metrics. They will consult with senior business leaders to identify relevant analytics and metrics, develop overall sales operations frameworks, and manage relationships with internal and external partners and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Typically 6-10 years experience
• Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to provide operations support for sales activities
• Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
• Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
• Evaluating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery in English and local language
