Role Overview
Manage national and local accounts, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across multiple hotels. Represent the portfolio at trade shows and industry events, and provide sales leadership support during critical property vacancies.
What You Will Do
Secure new accounts, grow existing relationships, cross-sell the regional hotel portfolio, and develop strategic business plans for assigned market segments and hotels.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Proven track record in sales, minimum 3-5 years of experience in DOSM role, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate travel required.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related industry
- Proven track record in sales
