Role Overview
Join a growing team that supports national partnerships in the industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products industry. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work directly with government and national account customers, helping them onboard smoothly, keeping contract pricing accurate, and resolving issues before they become problems.
What You Will Do
Conduct follow-up calls with prospects and national accounts, participate in sales calls and in-person sales meetings, schedule and coordinate national account meetings, and monitor procurement portals and bid platforms.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, business analysis, or project coordination
- Advanced Excel required – pivot tables and complex formulas including VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) and experience using them to streamline reporting, documentation, and analysis is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience with an ERP system and CRM/workflow tools (e.g., ClickUp); proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
