Role Overview
We are a leading fintech company seeking a Partnerships Director to build our commercial alliances channel from scratch. The successful candidate will identify, prioritize, and develop opportunities with large retailers, marketplaces, and massive consumption ecosystems to diversify user acquisition and reduce dependence on direct channels.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include pipeline construction, negotiation and closing agreements, strategic relationship management, diversification of the acquisition channel, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements
- +10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2C commercial roles, ideally in fintech, banking, retail, or payments.
- Active and current network with large retailers, marketplaces, loyalty programs, e-commerce ecosystems, or service station networks in Mexico.
- Proven track record of closing large-scale commercial alliances, with the ability to build a pipeline and negotiate independently.
- Experience in high-autonomy roles; comfortable operating without a team in construction stages.
- Understanding of B2C acquisition logic: ability to evaluate partners by user volume, conversion rates, and alliance profitability.
- Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders: product, legal, and analytics teams.
