Role Overview
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in international markets. Identify new export markets, distributors, and business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
What You Will Do
Manage customer inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and order follow-ups to secure and maintain long-term business relationships. Work closely with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to resolve customer service and product quality issues promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in export sales within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in developing international markets, distributor management, and export business development.
- Strong knowledge of international trade practices, export documentation, and overseas market development.
- Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and business performance analysis.
- Familiar with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, and Halal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel overseas frequently for customer visits, business development, and international exhibitions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems; multilingual ability is an added advantage.
