Role Overview
As a Deal Desk Analyst at Hirevue, you will ensure sales contracts are accurate, compliant, and optimized for revenue from quotation to closing. You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, streamlining operational efficiencies and driving cross-departmental alignment with company goals.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end quoting process in Salesforce, review quotes for accuracy, generate Service Orders and sales documents, review signed opportunities for accuracy, and close opportunities for booking.

Requirements
- College Degree and/or Deal Desk experience required
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Experience managing quoting in Salesforce (SFDC) and contract workflows in Ironclad is highly preferred
