Area Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join Hitachi Energy’s Transformers business in Vaasa. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the sales strategy and develop sales plans for your assigned area.

What You Will Do

Communicating the value propositions of Hitachi Energy products, systems and services for transformers, supporting local sales organizations and customers, providing technical support, defining sales prices, and entering and maintaining sales and customer information.

You will interact with our salespersons globally, participate in and/or lead global and local workshops, and have the opportunity to work with electrical systems, especially transformers.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering or business administration
• A few years’ experience in a relevant position
• Good skills with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Good written and spoken Finnish and Swedish skills are considered an advantage
