CPQ Developer – Dotnet

Role Overview

The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a global competence center with over 2600 engineers delivering innovative digital and engineering solutions. We are looking for a Backend Developer to support the development, modernization, and deployment of next-generation Sales Configurator and CPQ solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Web APIs. Develop backend services and microservices for Sales Configurator and CPQ platforms.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture, Microservices, Design Patterns, and Scalable Systems. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture, Microservices, Design Patterns, and Scalable Systems.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application deployment.
• Good understanding of ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web application development.
• Exposure to CPQ, Product Configurator, Sales Configurator, or similar enterprise solutions is preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
