Role Overview

The Business Development Coordinator supports the Intellectual Property & Patent Systems Group and/or region(s) with direction from the Business Development Manager. The role helps the team achieve its short-term and long-term goals through a commitment to excellence in work product and services.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Coordinator will assist in preparing marketing/sales collateral, coordinate sponsorships and advertising, create a tracking system for attorney memberships, draft content for the website and digital marketing campaigns, and assist with market research and RFP responses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration/management
  • Two (2) years of marketing and/or business development experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Creative Suite
