Role Overview

The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for driving customer engagement and supporting revenue growth through a combination of marketing initiatives and proactive inside sales activities.

What You Will Do

Define, implement, and maintain processes to collect, qualify, and distribute inbound leads from various campaigns and channels. Conduct regular outbound sales calls and account planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, accountability, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

  • Wage Range $25.00 to $28.00 Hourly
