Role Overview

Join our team at Home Instead Havant to play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business. As the Community Partnerships Manager, you will enhance our brand’s presence across social media and within the local community.

What You Will Do

Develop relationships in the local community, build connections, ensure digital content is engaging, utilise data to track progress, define marketing plans, and represent the Home Instead brand at community events.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships within the community
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement and partnership development

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing CRM platforms and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the local market, competitors, and community landscape
