Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, and other sales channels. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients seeking staff augmentation and technology solutions.
What You Will Do
Identify and generate new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, conduct prospect research, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT services or staff augmentation industry
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition through LinkedIn and other outbound channels
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, and technology services
- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools
- Ability to identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and manage the sales pipeline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business development targets in a fast-paced environment
