Role Overview

Lead and oversee FP&A, General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a trusted business partner to operational and category teams, as well as to regional finance stakeholders. Balance strategic direction and hands-on operational finance leadership.

What You Will Do

Address and resolve finance backlogs in accounts payable/receivable and optimize cash flow management. Manage P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business planning. Drive system transition to Xero, ensuring smooth setup, adoption, and integration.

Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 5 years of progressive finance experience

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in people management
