Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-impact Sales Director to own and scale revenue in the US market. This is a senior individual contributor and leadership role. You’ll drive the full sales motion from pipeline creation to close, while helping shape the go-to-market playbook for our DTC and retail SaaS verticals.
What You Will Do
Build and execute a US go-to-market strategy, own the end-to-end sales pipeline, navigate complex enterprise deal cycles, develop accurate revenue forecasts, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll have real influence over product direction, pricing strategy, and market positioning. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Product to feed customer and market intelligence into the roadmap.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling AI/ML, pricing, or analytics platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with the modern retail tech stack
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP and C-suite buyers
- Experience building sales processes, playbooks, and territories in early/growth-stage startups
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
