Role Overview
The Sales Planning & Retention Associate will manage data and reporting within the Sales Planning & Marketing function, enhancing the value of information shared. This role involves creating and maintaining reporting dashboards, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT, and providing data and analysis to support retention strategies.
What You Will Do
Maintain and enhance sales databases and reports, support dealer-level reporting & initiatives, create and maintain reporting dashboards using Tableau and other tools, and provide analytical support to Sales & Marketing program development.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of competitive sales analysis experience, experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of competitive sales analysis experience
- Experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, or Business required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Experience working with SAS databases, RPA, and analysis tools is preferred
- Expert-level skills in financial calculations and business case development to support product/pricing actions
