Financial Analyst – Performance & Value Assurance

Role Overview

The Finance Analyst will support the Financial Performance & Value Partnering team in tracking, reporting and assuring the delivery of value across Supplier Cost Optimisation (SCO), AI and Innovation initiatives. The role is responsible for producing management reporting, executive presentations and analytical insight to support value realisation across the transformation portfolio.

What You Will Do

Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on value delivery across IAG Transform. Support the preparation of executive presentations for senior leadership, Finance and Procurement stakeholders. Maintain reporting packs, dashboards and performance trackers to provide transparency of initiative delivery and financial impact.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or newly qualified accountant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into business insight.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create concise executive-level presentations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
