Role Overview

Join iBanFirst as a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive commercial transformation and growth. You will work closely with the CEO, CRO, and executive leadership team to shape decisions and drive business performance. This is a pivotal moment for the company, and you will be a key architect of its commercial transformation.

What You Will Do

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and owning a unified view of the revenue funnel, tracking and analyzing key revenue metrics, and delivering actionable insights to support go-to-market decisions and executive reviews. You will also lead cross-functional projects to improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle and drive AI adoption initiatives within the commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a business analyst role in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • BI tools proficiency

  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Fluent in both French and English
