Role Overview
Join iBanFirst as a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive commercial transformation and growth. You will work closely with the CEO, CRO, and executive leadership team to shape decisions and drive business performance. What You Will Do
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and owning a unified view of the revenue funnel, tracking and analyzing key revenue metrics, and delivering actionable insights to support go-to-market decisions and executive reviews. You will also lead cross-functional projects to improve the end-to-end customer lifecycle and drive AI adoption initiatives within the commercial teams.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a business analyst role in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams
- Strong analytical mindset
- BI tools proficiency

- Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Fluent in both French and English
