Business Development Representative

Role Overview

Join our mission to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy. As a Community Outreach Liaison, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations. We are a leading and rapidly growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to delivering life-changing outcomes for individuals with autism and their families.

What You Will Do

Lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management. Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits, networking, cold introductions, and field drop-ins. Execute a consistent weekly prospecting plan to source new opportunities, support market share expansion, and build referral diversity.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
