Role Overview

Customer Success Manager will build relationships with customers to help them succeed with Atlassian solutions, ensuring they receive maximum value throughout their lifecycle. The role involves developing a trusted advisor relationship, collaborating with the customer and account team, and managing post-sales activity.

What You Will Do

The Customer Success Manager will develop Customer Success Plans, engage with customers to unlock early and sustained product adoption, and mitigate churn through early risk identification and intervention.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, with a track record of managing Enterprise customers with a complex SaaS product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years in Customer Success or account management
  • Experience establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customer partners
  • Experience using Success Plans to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective
  • Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
  • Experience making customers feel valued through quality service
  • Experience balancing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
  • Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau
