Senior SEO On-page Manager (ES/LATAM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager & Project Owner to take ownership of key domains in the Spanish market, define and execute yearly sitewide optimisation plans, and lead the SEO side of large-scale website relaunches and migrations.

What You Will Do

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will take full ownership of key domains, act as the SEO project owner, lead the SEO side of large-scale website relaunches and migrations, design and improve site architectures and internal linking strategies, and optimize commercial money pages end to end.

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager who has 5+ years of hands-on On-page and technical SEO experience, has owned at least one domain end to end, and has led the SEO workstream of at least one full site relaunch or migration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on On-page and technical SEO experience
• iGaming/affiliate experience
• Native-level Spanish and excellent English
• Deep understanding of the Spanish and LATAM search markets and their regulatory context
• Strong technical SEO skills
• Fluent with the standard toolset
• Hands-on with AI in daily workflow
• Strong internal linking and site architecture instincts
• Solid grasp of E-E-A-T and content quality signals
• Curious and current on AI Search as a channel
• Structured communicator
• Proactive, self-directed and reliable
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior SEOs
