Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator Europe ensures seamless operational execution of the vehicle sales process across European markets by managing end-to-end sales flows and enabling accurate, reportable vehicle sales attribution. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and monitor the full vehicle sales process, maintain data integrity, act as an operational interface between central functions and local markets, and support sales closing processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, or Order Management role
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization/reporting tools
- Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including order-to-cash and vehicle lifecycle management
- High level of data accuracy, analytical thinking, and process orientation
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Independent working approach and willingness to go the extra mile in a scale-up business
