People Operations Generalist

Role Overview

The People Operations Generalist is responsible for onboarding-offboarding, contract and document management, people systems and data, and administrative care of the entire employee lifecycle. Ensuring compliance with Liechtenstein/Swiss labor law and internal guidelines.

What You Will Do

Identify and analyze processes with optimization potential, lead independent measures and projects to reduce complexity and improve efficiency, and handle complex employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in people & culture, business administration or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience in the field of people operations
• Demonstrable experience in independent leadership of process or transformation projects
• Fluent German and English skills in word and writing
