CRM Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst to join our Intelligence & Advisory business unit. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and quality of our CRM database through systematic data acquisition, processing, and validation activities.

What You Will Do

Acquire and cleanse data from CRM systems, validate incoming data, conduct comprehensive data profiling, identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, and maintain thorough documentation of data sources and extraction processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles.
• Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy.
