Role Overview
The Deal Desk Analyst will provide data to the sales team at the pre-sale stage of their proposals and manage the contract process from signed contract to order creation. This is a cross-function role that requires a deep understanding of product logic and contracting fundamentals.
What You Will Do
Executing pre-sale data requests, supporting the sales team, understanding Informa TechTarget’s database and conversion metrics, generating compliant contracts, and communicating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 1-2+ years of marketing digital campaigns experience, and excellent communication and analytical skills. They will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years of relevant marketing digital campaigns experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dealhub a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points
- Detail-oriented and extremely reliable – team player
- A focus on process and standardization
- Strong organizational skills
- Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
