Delivering exceptional customer service to employees across all their workplace needs, Managing employee queries with speed, accuracy, and genuine care, Supporting key employee milestones from onboarding to career transitions, Working with innovative systems to streamline processes and improve experiences, Collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges and implement improvements, Contributing to projects that shape how we support our people.

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for customer service – you light up when helping others succeed
  • Meticulous attention to detail – accuracy matters when dealing with people’s careers
  • Strong IT skills and adaptability – comfortable with technology and excited to learn new systems
  • Speed and efficiency – able to work at pace while maintaining quality
  • Drive for results and initiative – you think beyond the task to understand the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication skills – warm, professional, and clear in all interactions
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for this role
