Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager – Data Center & Grid Solutions, you will drive the growth of Innomotics’ Grid Applications business within one of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Working at the intersection of sales, technology, and strategy, you will help customers solve critical power, reliability, and grid stability challenges while expanding Innomotics’ presence in the Data Center sector.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute growth strategies for our Grid Applications portfolio within the Data Center market, identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a healthy pipeline, engage with hyperscale Data Center customers, and lead complex proposals and tenders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or a related field
  • Significant experience in business development, sales, market development, or solution selling within power, energy, infrastructure, industrial, or technology-related industries
  • Demonstrated success developing or winning complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
  • Strong customer focus, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%
  • Fluent English communication skills
