To own and deliver Point of Sale (POS) fixturisation projects end-to-end, ensuring best-in-class execution across stores. The role is responsible for creating and operationally managing permanent POS stock also supporting new store and refit programmes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Experience managing; in-store POS, merchandising, operational projects.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
- Strong attention to detail, while maintaining a clear view of overall project goals.
- Confident working cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, purchase orders and cost trackers.
