Role Overview
The Product Operations Analyst I will be part of the Digital Ops – Credit & Solutions team, acting on the organization, optimization, and evolution of operational flows related to products and credit projects. The role will ensure greater efficiency, predictability, and quality in deliveries, supporting multidisciplinary Squads and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
What You Will Do
The Product Operations Analyst I will support the organization and monitoring of project and product deliveries, act on the identification and resolution of operational bottlenecks, facilitate alignments between multidisciplinary areas, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements
- Previous experience with operations, projects, processes, or product operations
- Experience in agile environments and multidisciplinary settings
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Excel/Google Sheets, and collaborative platforms
- Analytical profile, organized, and with good prioritization capacity
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to act with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Proactive profile and problem-solving orientation
