Digital Media Operations Lead

Role Overview

The Digital Media Operations Lead is responsible for supporting digital media operations across ISS Media’s global portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, this role oversees advertising operations, digital performance reporting, and operational best practices to ensure the efficient execution and optimization of digital campaigns.

What You Will Do

Leading a global team of Ad Operations, SEO, and Social Media specialists, the Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership, establishes effective workflows, and supports cross-functional collaboration to maximize campaign performance, audience engagement, and overall digital growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, digital marketing, publishing, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing people or coordinating the work of a team.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising operations, campaign trafficking, and performance reporting.
• Experience with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, audience development, and website analytics concepts.
• Experience with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with team leadership and operational oversight.
