Role Overview

We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, based in Tunisia. You will support the accuracy, governance, and operational flow of deals across quotes, opportunities, renewals, amendments, and related commercial processes.

What You Will Do

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will review quotes and opportunities for approval, support processing of renewals, amendments, and new business, and maintain accurate data across systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, CRM Operations, Order Management, or a similar commercial operations role
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, CRM data, opportunity management, approvals, and quote-to-cash processes
  • Experience reviewing quotes, contracts, order forms, renewals, amendments, purchase orders, and commercial documentation with high accuracy
  • Excel skills; ability to work across multiple data sources to investigate issues, reconcile values, and validate information
