Role Overview
WARE is seeking an Account Executive to join the sales team in the Huntsville, AL area. The successful candidate will have strong prospecting and sales abilities, with a proven track record of securing new long-term business and building relationships.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a sales strategy, gather business intelligence, design and propose solutions, cultivate new prospects, and turn prospects into loyal customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Five or more years of business-to-business sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting new customers, pipeline development and closing deals
- Demonstrated cold calling sales expertise
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Highly organized with superb time-management skills
- Innovative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-starter with day-to-day freedom and independence
- Successful experience in a performance-based compensation model
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
