Requirements
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment
- Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships
- Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team
- Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
