Role Overview
The Financial Operations Specialist will manage full cycle billing and collections processes, follow up with clients and agencies, and research and resolve discrepancies and billing errors.
What You Will Do
Perform all Managed Service Provider billing and reverse billing, research and resolve unapplied MSP cash balances, handle MSP vendor inquiries, and complete billing, usage, discrepancy, and other reports as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of previous billing, accounting, or payroll experience, be well organized and detail oriented, and have good attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Additional coursework preferred
- E-verify requirements
- Knowledge of related computer applications
- One to two years of previous billing, accounting, or payroll experience
