Financial Analyst – FP&A

Role Overview

The Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects supporting the Factory Brand.

What You Will Do

Develop comprehensive operating expense budgets & monthly forecasts for Stores and Ecommerce businesses, establish and maintain cross functional business partnerships, and prepare monthly P&L reviews for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 1+ years in banking, consulting or financial planning and analysis or related experience
• Four-year college degree in accounting or finance
• Strong work ethic with sharp attention to detail, variances and trends
• Team player with exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Agile learner, with the ability to adapt, pivot efficiently between tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. SAP and/or Hyperion experience a plus
