Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for taking continuous actions to maximize sales with existing customers and pursuing new sales opportunities with prospective customers. This role requires a professional image of the company, passion, and in-person presentation skills. The position will cover the Pacific Northwest and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
What You Will Do
Service and maintain existing accounts, develop and expand new accounts, maintain strong internal/external relationships, identify and resolve store associate and management concerns, and represent JELD-WEN inc. in a professional manner.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Qualified applicants must reside in Washington or Oregon states to be considered. This position requires traveling (50% of the week).
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent of two-year college or technical school
- Minimum of five years related sales experience, preferably in the windows and doors industry
- Ability to read Blueprints and knowledge to perform windows and doors take-offs
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management Software, Electronic Pricing Catalogue, Other Electronic pricing methods (MQSlM20), Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browser
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, circumference, volume and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Valid driver’s license
