Field Marketing Specialist – Asia

Role Overview

Support marketing activities across Asia, working closely with regional leaders, business development teams, and technical experts to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, work with regional leaders and technical experts, and manage a range of activities including content development, events, digital marketing initiatives, and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of study
• 6+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector or a related professional services consulting environment
• Professional working proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin
• Technical writing and marketing copywriting experience
• Demonstrated experience with creating and managing content for social media platforms
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve marketing outcomes and campaign performance
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality control review, copywriting, grammatical, and proofreading skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadline
• Ability to be client-focused, both internal and external, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise a high workload, and meet tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 and virtual meeting platforms
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Email Marketing Platforms, and Digital Asset Management Tools
• Understanding of SEO best practices and marketing success metrics
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics)
