Role Overview
The CRM Administrator & Sales Adoption Specialist is the business owner and day-to-day administrator of the CRM platform, responsible for administering the system, training and supporting users, maintaining data quality, and producing reporting sales leadership uses to run the business.
What You Will Do
Administer WPCRM day to day, configure dashboards, views, workflows, reports, alerts, and other CRM functionality, support opportunity management, lead management, activity tracking, quoting, and account management processes in the system.

Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM administration, sales operations, business systems, or related experience
- Hands-on administration of a major CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho, Infor CRM, or similar)
- Working knowledge of sales processes: lead management, pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and CRM reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to train users and drive technology adoption
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to work across multiple business units with competing priorities
