As Senior Specialist, Account Based Marketing (ABM), you will play a key role in building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns targeting priority commercial real estate accounts. You will create and manage audience segments, analyze campaign data, develop custom web experiences, and ensure smooth integration across marketing technology platforms.
Requirements
- 9-10 years of overall experience, including 4-5 years of hands-on, relevant experience with marketing technology platforms in a B2B environment
- Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
- Experience with marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot)
- Familiarity with web experience tools (Folloze, Uberflip, or similar)
- Skilled in building web pages and content using drag-and-drop, low-code/no-code tools
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing campaigns and create content
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Detail orientated and able to manage multiple projects at scale
