GTM Operations Lead

Role Overview

Jobber is looking for a Payments GTM Operations and Strategy Lead to build the go-to-market engine for a fast-growing payments business. The role will own how Jobber’s payments business grows, establishing Payments GTM Operations as a new function at Jobber. The team will work together to build programs, processes, and measurement that turn teams into a coordinated growth engine.

What You Will Do

The Payments GTM Operations and Strategy Lead will identify opportunities, design programs, and run experiments to drive adoption and usage of Jobber’s payments products. This includes mapping and rebuilding the end-to-end customer journey for payments, experimenting with incentives to drive payments adoption and usage, and defining metrics that matter for payments GTM.
