Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding targets
- Experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with full-cycle ownership
- Background in SaaS, hardware/software bundles, or corporate wellness/gifting solutions preferred
- Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple active opportunities
- Proven ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive-level presence
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate pricing, proposals, and procurement discussions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset
- Passion for health, wellness, and customer-centric selling
