Requirements
- 4+ years of direct software sales experience
- Experience selling business management software, SaaS solutions, or other technology-based offerings requiring discovery and executive alignment
- Experience managing mid-market sales cycles with both high velocity and complex deal structures
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated success generating leads, nurturing opportunities, and closing new business
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and position solutions effectively
- Experience optimizing marketing-generated opportunities and improving conversion rates
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and business productivity tools including Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Strong presentation and software demonstration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
