What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, engage prospective enterprise clients, and support sales teams in building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other sales development channels to generate qualified leads.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar business development role
- Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of enterprise business challenges and the ability to connect solutions to customer needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand customers, industries, and complex business problems
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative approaches to prospect engagement
- Persistence, resilience, and motivation to succeed in a role involving frequent outreach and relationship-building
- Ability to manage priorities, maintain organization, and execute sales activities independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with changing priorities and ambitious goals
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for accounts, activities, and results
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales and business functions
