What You Will Do
The Sales Director – Retail will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and contributing to the evolution of the sales organization. This includes identifying and targeting enterprise prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and owning end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles with a focus on identifying and closing large accounts
- Proven experience managing significant sales quotas, including $1M+ quota ownership and complex six- and seven-figure annual contract value deals
- Demonstrated success leading full sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Strong enterprise relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, and developing new business opportunities
- Experience building sales strategies, teams, or go-to-market motions in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of customer-centric selling and business value creation
- Familiarity with AI technologies, industry trends, and emerging software solutions is highly desirable
