Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, analytics, and go-to-market strategy within a fast-scaling digital health environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers sales performance, forecasting, and revenue visibility across multiple healthcare business lines.

What You Will Do

Administer and optimize Salesforce, build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs, generate sales reports, ensure CRM data accuracy, and partner with technical teams to implement system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytics-focused role supporting B2B go-to-market teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report building, data modeling, and CRM administration
  • Experience generating recurring sales reporting, forecasting insights, and executive-level dashboards
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear business insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, governance, and system accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, and high-autonomy environment
