Role Overview

As a Sr. Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding a high-value enterprise sales pipeline within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will engage prospective customers through strategic outreach, qualify business opportunities, and collaborate closely with experienced sales professionals to accelerate revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, hold discovery conversations, schedule qualified meetings, and build a strong sales pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying sales opportunities within SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales environments
  • Experience supporting both mid-market and enterprise sales pipelines
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead management and sales tracking
  • Strong interest in technology with the ability to quickly adopt new tools, including AI solutions that improve sales efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment while adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve
  • Ambition to develop into a full-cycle Enterprise Sales role
